The American Fence Association (AFA) wanted to add greater prestige and stature to its awards program, which was included within the annual meeting during its convention and trade exhibit, FENCETECH.

Action
O’Neill Communications created two brief, engaging videos…an introduction to the annual meeting and a transition piece into the awards ceremony. An unforgettable “gumshoe” character and clever script treatment grabs and holds the audience’s attention while these high-impact productions focus on key aspects of AFA membership and brand messaging with a refreshing, clear delivery. The production was conceived, written, cast, and produced by O’Neill Communications within a minimal production budget.

Results
The original “gumshoe” series was so well received that AFA leadership has requested and O’Neill Communications continues to produce sequels! Conference attendance has been boosted as hundreds of AFA members attend the Annual Industry Update every year at FENCETECH. In post-meeting surveys, members have expressed strong satisfaction with the presentations being more engaging and better organized; thus improving the overall caliber and professionalism of the annual meeting.
