Facility Group – Business

Situation
A nationally ranked architecture and engineering firm, Facility Group had extensive internal marketing capabilities and staff but needed creative, advertising, and Web content and maintenance support.

Action
As a client for eight years, O’Neill Communications managed and developed the firm’s Web site strategy, direct mail and promotion campaigns, and trade advertising campaigns, as well as provided trade show support as the company continued to grow.

Results
Facility Group enjoyed continued growth and improved market penetration during the tenure of our program management relationship.  In 2008, the company faced a major challenge and significantly downsized but continues to depend on O’Neill Communications for Web site maintenance and other services on an “as needed” basis.
