Situation
Graceland Fruit needed to upgrade its online service as part of a marketing effort to promote a capacity expansion and announce new lines of infused dried fruit and vegetable ingredients.
Action
As the first step in a comprehensive marketing plan, O’Neill Communications rebuilt Graceland’s Web site from the ground up using the latest infrastructure and search engine optimization features. The revised site also incorporated new product photography, user-friendly navigation and other features allowing it to be more inviting and interactive. The firm also launched a public relations and advertising campaign that promoted Graceland’s increased capacity and directed traffic to the new Web site.
Results
By the time Graceland’s third dryer went online in mid-2009, the industry was already buzzing with the news of Graceland’s increased capacity.
