Marietta Police Department – Web site
Situation
The Marietta Police Department (Marietta, Georgia) needed a higher profile and more effective means in attracting prospective recruits for their officer training program.
Action
O’Neill Communications designed and built a Web site that conveys a very comprehensive and compelling overview of a career with the Marietta Police Department. Included is a summary of the recruiting process, videos portraying what a career in law enforcement entails, along with an overview of the Marietta community.
Results
Initial response to the new recruiting Web site has been very positive, resulting in an increase in career inquiries and actual applications.
