PRG-Schultz – Business, Sales Force Development
Situation
PRG-Schultz, the world’s largest AP recovery auditing firm, acquired one of O’Neill Communication’s clients, the ITM Group. With the acquisition, the firm retained O’Neill Communications on a broader basis.
Action
PRG-Schultz had acquired other firms in California, Utah, and Atlanta and was in the middle of a rebranding strategy. Working with two different sales managers, O’Neill Communications was able to quickly develop and deliver sales materials that integrated the product lines and the new brand into cohesive, effective sales materials.
Result
New sales strategies and collateral materials were introduced to the market through an energized sales team which allowed PRG-Schultz to continue to grow.
