ROTOPLAS – Trade Show Production
Situation
The Association of Rotational Molders International, an organization representing manufacturers who use molds in their highly versatile manufacturing process, needed upgraded promotional materials for its 2008 trade show, Rotoplas’08, to encourage greater exhibitor participation and buyer attendance.
Action
O’Neill Communications completely revamped all show marketing materials, including attendee and exhibitor brochures, taking the pieces to full color and adding extensive, attractive graphics throughout each piece. Additionally, robust trade advertising and media relations programs were planned, designed, and executed.

Results
Rotoplas’08 was a tremendous success, with 70 exhibitors and close to 1,000 attendees. The media relations campaign garnered a variety of clips, including coverage on local Chicago broadcast media. Ninety-three percent of attendees said the meeting met or exceeded their expectations, which has stimulated strong interest in the next show, scheduled for 2011.
