Situation
Otsuka Foods had initially introduced Wild Veggie, a new vegetable product, to U.S. food brokers and distributors, and now needed to target health-conscious consumers.
Action
O’Neill Communications coined the name, Wild Veggie, the Souper Drink ™ and developed the “Good for Every Body” campaign. The firm then developed and launched a new consumer Web site, www.SouperDrink.com. The site specifically targets consumers in Florida and other areas where Wild Veggie is available. It features a cast of eclectic characters including a young boy in a superhero outfit, a biker dude sporting a “I Heart Wild Veggie” tattoo, a spunky senior lady, and a college coed with an inviting smile. There are three simple tabs for visitors to choose: What is Wild Veggie? Where is Wild Veggie? How can I Wild Veggie? Visitors can sign up for the Wild Veggie mailing list, receive purchasing incentives and find a store or restaurant featuring Wild Veggie in their area.

Results
